Start on the lowest of the three strengths. You can also sit slightly farther forward or place a thin layer of clothing between your neck and the massager while you get used to it.
No. There is one strap, and it buckles at your waist to hold the massager in place. Once it is clipped your arms come down and stay down, unlike collar massagers where you pull two arm loops the whole session to keep the pressure on.
Yes. The two heat levels are optional. You can use the kneading on its own or add warmth when you want it.
Delivery is free everywhere we ship. Norway orders normally land in 3 to 6 working days, and elsewhere it usually takes a little longer depending on your country. You then have 30 days to decide whether it is right for you, and it carries a one year warranty.
